- We will take up any complaint relating to materials or products with the manufacturer on your behalf
- Any defect arising from faulty installation or repair work, within the warranty/guarantee periods, will be treated as a priority and will be fixed at no extra expense to you.

We are members and accredited with all relevant boards and hold current licenses and insurances.
- We abide by all relevant codes of practice.
- All our work compiles with Australian Standards.
- We are fully trained in occupational health and safety, and hold Induction White Cards.
- All staff have had CPR training and are equipped with all appropriate personal protective equipment.
- All drivers hold current drivers licenses.
